AIT students will continue their studies in Kazakhstan

Students of Azerbaijan Institute of Theology (AIT) will continue their studies at the Egyptian University of Islamic Culture "Nur-Mubarak," which is based in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Egyptian University of Islamic Culture and Azerbaijan Institute of theology have signed a cooperation agreement, which allows for student exchange. During the spring semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, students will continue their studies at the aforementioned university.

As part of the exchange, two third-year AIT students from the Islamic Studies major, Bahruz Orujov and Peyman Khalilov, will spend one semester at the "Nur-Mubarak" Egyptian University of Islamic Culture.

A meeting was organized with the participation of the rector of "Nur-Mubarak" Egyptian University of Islamic Culture Muhammad al-Shahhat al-Gindi, vice-rector Kayrat Kurmanbayev, foreign relations specialist of AIT Shams Bagirova and the students whose names were mentioned. At the meeting, both higher education institutions expressed satisfaction with the current state of cooperation. There was a discussion about how these relationships should be developed in the future.

It should be noted that two students from the "Nur-Mubarak" Egyptian University of Islamic Culture spent the spring semester of the 2021/2022 academic year at the Azerbaijan Institute of Theology.
