Azerbaijan Institute of Theology establishes relations with Lankaran State University

Jeyhun Mammadov, Rector of Azerbaijan Institute of Theology (AIT) and representatives of the Institute visited Lankaran State University (LSU) in the frame of the promotional events held in the southern region of Azerbaijan.

Professor Natig Ibrahimov, Acting rector of Lankaran State University, mentioned the achievements and work implemented for the development of education at the University. The rector noted that mutual relations will be effective both for AIT and LSU. The meeting was conducted in a sincere atmosphere and directions of collaboration were discussed.
AIT rector Jeyhun Mammadov expressed his satisfaction with the visit to the University which is the only higher education institution in the town and noted that AIT is interested in the cooperation with LSU. Speaking about the activities of the Institute, AIT rector said the Institute continues to establish relations both with foreign and local higher education institutions.

The meeting discussed bilateral academic cooperation; mutual benefit from experiences in topics of interest; joint conferences, seminars, academic researches and lectures; forms of teacher exchanges on joint subjects between two higher education institutions and organization of bilateral meetings within the summer school project.
