AIT teacher delivers an online lecture for SOCAR employees

Associate Professor Anar Gafarov, Leading researcher of the Institute of Philosophy of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Instructor at Azerbaijan Institute of Theology (AIT) delivered a lecture on “Fasting: theological, philosophical, psychological and sociological aspects” at an online conference organized for SOCAR employees.

A.Gafarov discussed the religious basis of fasting and its philosophical, psychological and sociological aspects. During his speech, he analyzed essential concepts of medieval and modern religious philosophy as well as world philosophy and literature.
